Your school pays Skyline a flat monthly software subscription, billed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Money your students pay for lessons, discovery flights or vouchers goes to your school — either through your own connected Stripe account or offline by cash or card machine. Skyline is not the merchant or payment processor for those student payments and takes no share of them.
Never. We charge a single flat subscription per school or club. Whether you fly 50 hours a month or 1,500 hours across 200 students, your software subscription remains exactly the same.
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your school settings to save 2 months (17% discount). Upgrading or adding aircraft takes effect immediately.
Yes. If you have student training histories, aircraft maintenance hour logs, or customer rosters stored in spreadsheets or legacy software, send us your exports. We format and import everything into your secure Skyline database for free.
Your data remains completely yours. You can export complete CSV audits of your bookings, aircraft engine tach/hobbs logs, student progress files, and invoice histories at any time with one click.
Two separate things, kept separate.
Skyline is flight school operations software. We are not a payment processor and we are never the merchant for your students' money.
Your school pays Skyline for software
A flat monthly or annual software subscription. Those subscription payments are billed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles invoicing, sales tax and refunds on our behalf.
See the refund policy.
Your students pay your school directly
Lessons, aircraft hire, discovery flights and gift vouchers are sold by your school, to your school's customers. Money lands in your own account — either through your own Stripe account connected to Skyline, or offline by cash and card machine.
Skyline is not the merchant for those payments, does not process or hold them, and takes 0% of them. Paddle is never involved.
All prices in GBP, ex-VAT. Annual billing saves 2 months. 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
