Who it's for
ATO/DTO schools, clubs, and small academies in the UK and EU that want a school system built with them — not a DIY signup.
Skyline Custom
Skyline Custom is a build with us — not a signup form. We sit down, learn how your school runs, then put a working system around that day. What stays on Skyline, what you take away, and how long we stick around after launch: we sort that in discovery, not on a pricing page.
The product
Custom is how Skyline shows up when DIY SaaS isn't the right buy yet — or ever. We sit with how your school runs, then put a working system around that day. What stays with us and what you take away is a discovery decision, not a homepage checkbox.
Who it's for
ATO/DTO schools, clubs, and small academies in the UK and EU that want a school system built with them — not a DIY signup.
Who it's not
Self-serve SaaS shoppers (join the waitlist) · anyone expecting a fixed feature list before we’ve talked · anyone expecting “CMS ready” as a product claim.
How Custom works
A proper chat and a written scope. We map how your day already runs, and what “done” should look like.
Stay close to Skyline, or take something you can run yourselves. We pick the shape that fits — no fixed menu of hosting promises.
We build the school system to the brief. Features follow what you need, not a public checklist.
Launch day, training, and a clear next chapter — ongoing help if you want it, or a clean walk-away if that was the deal.
What we build toward
Exact modules follow the written scope. We don't publish a fixed feature list — schools aren't the same, and neither are the builds.
01 · Book
Aircraft and instructor collide-checked before anyone walks to the apron.
02 · Check-in
The sortie closes on a phone — not a paper slip that never reaches the office.
03 · Hobbs
Meter readings become flight time. No whiteboard maths after landing.
04 · Lesson log
The debrief lives with the student, not in someone's kit bag.
What you get
Not a generic template with your logo stuck on. We build around how you actually operate.
We aim for one continuous loop — booking through to hours and lesson notes — so the office isn’t chasing paper.
Name, look, and the public face of the school — shaped with you, not dropped in from a stock theme.
You’re the seller. Offline and cash are fine. We don’t take a cut of student payments.
Training and a written pass-over so launch day isn’t the last time anyone knows how it works.
Some schools keep us close after launch. Others take the keys and go. Both are valid — we agree it up front.
Investment depends on scope — book a discovery. We do not publish a price calculator.
See a school
Horizon Aero is a sample school site — not the product brand. Have a look at the public face, then talk to us if you want something built for yours.
Want the ops loop walked through? Book a discovery — we’ll show book → check-in → hours → notes on a live tenant.
FAQ
No. Some Custom builds stay with us; others are built so you can take them and run them yourselves. We settle hosting and ownership in discovery — we won’t quietly lock you in.
Self-serve SaaS is on a waitlist until there’s something solid to evaluate. There is no Start Trial today. Custom is the path if you want a school system built with us now.
Your school does. You’re the seller. Card payments can go to your own Stripe, or you take cash / card machine offline. Skyline isn’t the merchant for those transactions.
Whatever we agree in the written scope. We don’t publish a fixed feature list — schools aren’t the same, and neither are the builds.
Flight Academy is the future SaaS top plan name only — not a Custom package. Custom is a scoped project, quoted after discovery.
Book a Skyline Custom discovery. This is not a SaaS trial signup — it's a conversation about scope, shape, and handoff.
